Christine practiced for 13 years as a solicitor prior to March 2007. She was a senior family law specialist dealing predominately with childcare matters and representing parties in all aspects of private and public law proceedings.
She was a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel from July 1999 to March 2007 and was also a qualified Higher Court advocate prior to coming to the Bar in 2007.
Christine has maintained a practice in Childcare Law – Public and Private Law Children Act proceedings as well as Care Proceedings and Adoption.
Most recently Christine has widened her practice to include representation and advice on education matters. This includes admissions, exclusions and special educational needs appeals.
