Francesca Del Mese

Practice

Francesca is currently working with the United Nations in The Hague, as a member of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and has recently returned from a mission to Zagreb.

She is now working as a prosecution lawyer with two other barristers, prosecuting Ante Gotovina for possible war crimes.

At the moment she plans to go to East Africa at the end of the year to undertake research for various organisations on the rehabilitation of child soldiers according to protocol and UN and international customary law.

We look forward to hearing more from her once she has settled in there.
