All areas of family work including care proceedings, adoption, residence and contact applications, domestic violence injunctions, extra-territorial abduction, ancillary relief, including securing and maintaining assets outside the jurisdiction.
Particular expertise in representing parents and guardians ad litem and resolving the care of children 'at risk'.
In forced marriage cases, Jennifer regularly appears on behalf of both parents and 'protected persons' often finding an appropriate resolution at an early stage.
She also advises in field of election law.

Election law - recently appeared before Election Court in Birmingham City Council before Richard Mawrey Q.C. ( LTL 14/4/2005) as counsel for Mr. Afzalš Labour Respondent.
Closure Orders- 'Zoe Errington -v- Metropolitan Police (QBD April 20060 (Admin) this case was a test case under the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 concerning the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court to hear hte application for a closure order adn whether it was dependent upon the existance of the validity of the closure notice issued and served under section 1 Part 1 of the ASBA. The procedural guidance to the Act was subsequently amended.
