Sarah Davies

Practice

Sarah was called to the Bar in 1984 and has been in practice for over 20 years and has been at 1 Pump Court for the last 10 years. Sarah specialises in Family Law including children cases, both private and public law. Sarah has also acted for parents in very serious injury fact findings in care proceedings and in Re L fact finding cases in respect of allegations of domestic violence in contact and residence disputes. Sarah also undertakes divorce and ancillary relief cases.

Sarah has acted for grandparents in both care and contact proceedings.

Sarah is also an external examiner for the Inns of Court School of Law.

She is trained in direct access.
