Profile
Yinka appears in the Administrative Court, County Courts and in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. Her practice revolves around social welfare and human rights based areas of law. She has a particular interest in statutory homelessness appeals in the county court and issues arising from Community Care provisions under the National Assistance Act 1948, the Children Act 1989 and asylum support matters under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. Yinka also has substantial experience of obtaining out of hours telephone injunctions in housing and immigration cases.
