Member of the family team, but has extensive previous experience of the criminal law. Was previously a member of both crime and family group, but now specialises in family only.

Josh strongly believes that his background in criminal defence work assists him greatly in representing families in all cases. He continues to have an interest in criminal law, particularly International and in January 2008 took a sabbatical for six weeks to work in Sierra Leone as a defence advocate at the Special Court.

Particular interests include emergency protection applications, care work, representing families/children. Removal of children from the jurisdiction. Extensive experience in private family law.
