Rebecca covers all areas of Family Law.
She represents parents in care proceedings and has particular experience in working for clients with severe learning difficulties, mental health problems, cases of chronic neglect and situations where her clients are accused of inflicting serious abuse.
In Ancillary Relief and cohabite disputes she deals with cases from those where there is very little money and are dominated by needs to cases where the assets are substantial and difficult to trace.
In private law proceedings she frequently represents fathers who are being denied contact with their children.
Clients find her friendly and approachable.
Rebecca is currently Chair of the 1 Pump Court Executive Committee.
She is trained in direct access.
