Caroline Sinclair
Practice
Caroline has a broad family practice. She advises and acts in ancillary relief proceedings, particularly where there is a foreign dimension, and also in disputes between cohabitees and in Schedule 1 and child support matters.
She appears in both public and private law children cases, including where there are issues of implacable hostility, non-accidental injury and sexual abuse. She also represents vulnerable adults and acts in matters with an international element.
