Practice

Rebecca practises in criminal defence at all levels, with emphasis on violent and sexual offences and allegations of dishonesty. She has particular experience in representing young defendants and those with mental illness and learning disabilities. 

Rebecca’s practice has expanded to encompass all aspects of Prison Law, including adjudications, parole hearings and judicial reviews.  She is also frequently instructed to advise on appeal against conviction and/or sentence.  She is qualified to undertake work under the Direct Professional Access scheme
