Rohan Ramdas-Harsia

Practice

Rohan practises in all areas of the law relating to children and has particular expertise in public law matters having been involved in complex cases dealing with sexual abuse, non-accidental injury, serious neglect and cases involving mental health issues. He primarily represents parents but also regularly acts for the children’s guardian in cases in the Family Proceedings Court through to the High Court.

In addition he has wide experience of private law matters, both residence and contact, as well as injunctive matters.
Rohan's practice also includes applications under the Matrimonial Causes Act for Ancillary Relief, as well as those for transfer of tenancy under the Trusts of Land Act and Family Law Act.

He is trained in direct access.
