Terry Pedro has established a first class reputation as a defence advocate. His criminal practice encompasses the Crown Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Areas of practice include serious sexual offences, fraud, drug trafficking and serious violent offences.

Terry also specialises in Prison law, including Parole Hearings, Recalls and Adjudication.

Terry is increasingly appearing at the High Court in Judicial Reviews to challenge extensions of custody time limits, Parole Board Panel decisions and Prison categorisation.
